The 3rd SePTIS (Security and Privacy in Telecommunications and Information System) 2009 workshop is hosted by the 5th International IEEE Conference on SIGNAL-IMAGE TECHNOLOGY & INTERNET- BASED SYSTEMS (SITIS'09).
The security of digital exchanges and its counterpart, the management of digital identities, is one of the main issues when dealing with the concept of global security applied to the world of information systems. Moreover, the advent of web technologies modifies every day our vision on information systems security.
